These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Frank application ("Frank", "the application"). By using Frank, you accept these terms.
1. Service Description
Frank is a mobile and web application designed for personal finance tracking. It analyzes your bank statements, categorizes your spending, tracks installments and subscriptions, and provides personalized recommendations through the Mehmet Amca AI assistant.
Frank is not a financial advisory service. All information, AI advice, and analyses provided by Frank are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for professional financial advice. We recommend consulting a qualified financial professional before making important financial decisions.
2. Account Creation and Use
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Frank
- Users between 16 and 18 require legal guardian consent
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur on your account
- You are obligated to provide accurate and current information
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
3. Subscription and Pricing
Frank is a subscription-based service. Current plans:
- Monthly plan: ₺499/month (1 month free trial)
- Annual plan: ₺3,499/year (1 month free trial)
Payment method: All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Frank does not access or store your card information; payments are secured by Apple and Google.
Trial period: A 1-month free trial period applies to both plans. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to paid. You may cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the trial period ends through your App Store / Play Store account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple and Google's refund policies. Frank does not process refunds directly.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Frank, you must avoid the following behaviors:
- Use for unlawful purposes
- Uploading bank statements or financial information belonging to others
- Damaging the system, reverse engineering, or automated data scraping attempts
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service
- Creating fake accounts or opening multiple accounts
- Unauthorized resale or rental of the service to third parties
5. Intellectual Property
The Frank application, the Mehmet Amca character, logo, design, code, and all other content are the intellectual property of Ozan Can Sisman. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
Data you upload to the application (bank statements, manual entries, etc.) belongs to you. Frank processes this data solely to provide service to you.
6. Disclaimer
Frank is not a bank or financial institution. Frank is not directly connected to any bank or financial institution and has no access to any bank API. The bank accounts, balances, income/expense transactions, debts, receivables, and other financial information you enter into the application are entirely user-entered data. The accuracy of this data is entirely your responsibility. Frank does not and cannot verify the accuracy of user-entered data against any bank records.
Frank is provided "as is". No warranties are given on the following matters:
- 100% accuracy of bank statement analysis results
- The impact of AI advice on your financial outcomes
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
- Actions of third-party service providers (Apple, Google, banks)
Financial decisions arising from the use of Frank are entirely your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ozan Can Sisman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Frank. Total liability is limited to the most recent 12 months of subscription fees.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or closed without notice.

9. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Frank after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
